In this webinar, we’ll focus on auditing and segregation of duties in IFS Apps 10 and IFS Cloud. We’ll explore how SoD analysis works, where reporting gaps exist, and how to build conflict definitions that align with audit requirements. The session will also highlight common pain points and practical ways to improve audit readiness.
This webinar will dive into the challenges of audit reporting and segregation of duties (SoD) in IFS Apps 10 and IFS Cloud. While both versions offer native SoD tools, setup requires defining functional areas manually and building conflict rules from scratch. We’ll show how to structure SoD configurations, share real conflict examples, and discuss limitations, such as the lack of templates and the system’s inability to distinguish between read-only and full access. We’ll also examine common audit reporting gaps, including missing user-role mappings, inactive user tracking, and manual provisioning logs, and demonstrate how tools like IPM can close those gaps with structured, exportable reports. This session is ideal for IFS admins, compliance teams, and IT leads looking to strengthen internal controls and reduce audit effort.
