This time, the focus will be on translating theory into practice by exploring concrete examples of functional and end user role structures. We are pleased to welcome a guest speaker, Luc Maystadt (Head of BPM) from TOMRA, who will provide insight into how their organization has approached end user roles—covering the structure they’ve implemented, key considerations in the design process, and lessons learned along the way.
